  2. If you receive an error message on your BlackBerry, please send your support request right from your handheld (Online Help).
  3. Make sure you have the latest version installed on your BlackBerry. Remember all our updates are free.
  4. If you got another BlackBerry, upgraded your OS or reinstalled Mobiscope, please register with the same license code.
